Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and expectations for enrolling in and participating in our training programs. By registering for any course, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Enrollment & Registration
Students must complete the registration process by submitting all required information and documents.

Admission is confirmed only upon payment of the applicable course fees.

The CAD Center reserves the right to deny admission or cancel registration if false or misleading information is provided.

2. Course Fees & Payment
All fees must be paid in full (or as per the agreed installment plan) before course commencement unless otherwise approved in writing.

Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where legally required.

Late payment of installments may result in suspension of training access.

3. Course Delivery
Training may be delivered in-person, online, or through blended formats as per the course description.

The CAD Center reserves the right to adjust schedules, trainers, or delivery modes without prior notice for operational reasons.

Study materials provided are for personal learning only and may not be reproduced, shared, or sold.

4. Attendance & Punctuality
A minimum attendance of 80% is required to qualify for certification.

Repeated lateness or absenteeism may lead to dismissal from the program without a refund.

Missed classes will not be rescheduled unless specified in the course policy.

5. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain professional behavior at all times.

Disrespectful conduct toward instructors, staff, or peers will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course.

Misuse of equipment or software licenses provided by the CAD Center is strictly prohibited.

6. Assessments & Certification
Certification will only be issued upon successful completion of required assignments, assessments, and attendance criteria.

The CAD Center does not guarantee job placement but may assist with career guidance and portfolio development.

7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, videos, and course content remain the intellectual property of the CAD Center.

Students are prohibited from distributing or reproducing content without written permission.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued once the course has started, except in exceptional circumstances approved by management.

If a course is canceled by the CAD Center, students will be offered an alternative schedule or a full refund.

9. Limitation of Liability
The CAD Center is not liable for any personal loss, damage, or injury sustained during training.

Students are responsible for backing up any work or files created during training sessions.

10. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.

The updated version will be applicable to all current and future students.
